Hooklinks are available when tying your own carp fishing rigs,there are different types of hooklink, uncoated braid,soft coated braid, stiff coated braid,mono hooklink and flurocarbon hooklink.
Depending on the type of carp fishing rig you are tying and lake bed you are fishing over and fishing bait type you are using the nash tackle hooklink range covers all breaking strains and all aspects of carp fishing.
Armourlink uncoated braids are used for solid pva bag work, or when you require the hook bait to act more naturally ideal when fishing over silty lake beds and using wafter hook baits and tying blow back rigs, k d rigs.
Skinlink Semi stiff coated braids are used when tying longer rigs, casting at range. ideal for fishing clay and gravel type bottom lake beads, the soft coating is designed to reduce tangles when casting, the coating can be easily removed but a stripper tool or your finger nails so that you can create hinged rigs when using pop ups and wafters.
Skinlink Stiff coated Braid Hooklink is used when you are tying rigs between 10 and 14 inches in length the stiff coating reduces tangles on the cast. the coating can eaily be stripped to creat hinged style rigs.
Fluorocarbon hooklink is used when the fish are more pressured,the flurocarbon hooklengths virtually disappear and blend in to the lake bed giving the fish more confidence to feed.
Chodlink Hooklengths are stiffer and ideal when tying chod rigs and creating boom sections for ronnie rigs, simply steam over a kettle to straighten or add a slight curve chod link.
